IN-HOUSE PROCESSING
Many lenders send your loan file to an off-site center for processing whose staff has very little interaction with
your Mortgage Consultant. This can result in decrease in the level of service. With Brayden Capital’s in-house processing, our Underwriters, Loan Processors and Mortgage Consultants work as a team to reconcile the nuances of your specific application. Our Processing staff is also empowered to make on-the spot decisions so we can avoid any last-minute issues and ensure you a stress-free experience.
In addition to contacting myself, clients have direct access to the Processor closing your clients loan. The Processor will know the status of your clients loan at all times and be able, in conjunction with myself, to answer any questions they may have.
